Ingredients
Sea water: 75 ml- Pentahydrate copper salt - Monohydrate manganese salt - Purified water qsp 100 ml.

Direction of Use
Prime the spray by briefly pressing the nozzle.
Insert the nozzle into the nostril.
Each nostril should be sprayed once or twice. Allow any extra solution to drain before blowing your nose.
Use 2 to 6 times a day or more until you've cleared your sinuses.
If you have a clogged nose, this is a temporary solution.
